GAF warranties
All asphalt shingles and accessories from GAF are covered by the GAF limited warranty on shingles and accessories.
This warranty is automatically provided when your shingles are installed by our certified roofing contractors. If an issue arises with your asphalt shingles or GAF accessories due to a manufacturing defect, this warranty will apply.
In addition, as a contractor certified by the manufacturer, we can offer the System Plus limited warranty (enhanced coverage).

The limited Silver Pledge warranty covers certain GAF roofing products against manufacturing defects, as well as certain installation errors, for a period that can extend up to the product’s “lifetime,” depending on the type of shingles and the building.
During the initial “Smart Choice” period, repair or replacement costs (materials and labor) are fully covered, after which coverage is prorated over time.
The warranty also includes wind protection (under specific installation conditions) and protection against discoloration caused by algae. However, it excludes several situations, such as damage related to poor ventilation, natural disasters, building structure issues, or the use of non-GAF products.
It is transferable once under certain conditions and requires that any claim be submitted promptly in accordance with the established procedures.
